Condor Tower is a 207 Lot mixed use development situated East of the CBD the development spans between St Georges Terrace and Hay Street and includes two main buildings and 5 levels of underground parking. Our role is managing all facets of the facility including fire services, security, cleaning, maintenance, reactive and programmed maintenance and special projects.
Some of the special projects that we have implemented have been relocation of the Gym, refurbishment of the pool area including hard and soft landscaping. Major upgrade of the security system. Lighting upgrades in both the buildings and car park area to reduce power consumption.
