“The Council Of Owners at 171 Broadway appointed DH Building & Project Solutions about 2 years ago following the retirement of our previous Strata Maintenance Manager and have been extremely impressed with them since appointment.
Our strata is relatively small but complex being a combination of a 100 year old Heritage building ( Steve’s ) a commercial building and some newer apartments. In selecting DH we were looking for a company who could support the different maintenance needs of our whole strata.
We have found DH to be very knowledgeable, competent and responsive since their appointment. In particular we have found they spend time getting to the route causes of our maintenance issues, rather than just repairing any damage caused.
